Customer Service/Loaner Car Agent

BMW of Rockville is seeking a part time Car Loaner Agent for its high volume service department. The perfect candidate will possess an outgoing personality, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, professional demeanor and appearance, and a desire to serve the needs of our clients. Duties include assisting clients with checking in/out vehicles, answering calls and directing customers in a pleasant manner. 

Experience working in a car rental facility is a bonus, but not necessary. Qualified candidates must have a clean driving record. We have two shifts available: 7 am - 12:00 pm or 3 pm -7 pm, with some Saturdays included.

Automotive Technicians

BMW dealer group with locations in the Rockville suburb of DC and the Towson suburb of Baltimore has positions open for qualified technicians.  Candidates should be BMW or ASE certified with a minimum of 3 years import new car dealership experience (highline preferred, but not required). 

Both locations are high volume with plenty of work.  We offer top of the market flat-rate pay scale commensurate with experience and outstanding benefits including 401k, health insurance, etc.
