This is my first routine service on this lease (which is my 3rd consecutive 3 Series BMW leased from VOB -- now BMW of Rockville). Everything from the reminder that prompted me to call, to the appointment, drop-off and speedy checkout represented the best in customer care. Professional through and through. The sales experience and service experiences (minimal though they are) are among the top reasons I keep coming back to this dealer for my new cars.

My experience at BMW of Rockville was terrific from start to finish! It began with requesting a quote on BMWUSA.com for a basic, new x3-28i, with two options my wife and I wanted, within 25 miles of the zip code 20007. Multiple dealers followed up. Angela followed-up over email on behalf of BMW of Rockville. We came in to test-drive the car and brought our 2.5 year old son. BMW of Rockville let my wife and I drive the car with our child-seat in it, which was a surprisingly, unexpected nice thing to do. After test driving, we said that we wanted to think about over the next few days. Absolutely no pressure was put on us to buy on the spot, nor were there eye-rolls or sighs. Angela pleasantly said to let her know if we had questions. I followed up with her over email and began to talk price. Never once did she try to sell us some extra option or a package that we did not want. Most impressive, she was willing to give me quotes over email. Angela was completely honest and always gave us the price, broken down by the car, taxes and tags and delivery fee, so that we knew exactly what we were looking at. No other dealer would do that. It was always a phone call or request to come in. And even though repeatedly saying I wanted the total price, they would give me a quote, and then when I asked if that was 100% total, they would say, oh no, there is this fee and that fee too, "which is standard..." When another dealership gave me a price lower than BMW of Rockville, Angela said they'd match it, and they did. When I told Angela we were ready to buy the car, she offered to do it over email/fax/phone if that was more convenient, given we live in downtown and DC and I work there too. I told her I preferred, for various reasons, to come up to the dealership Saturday morning. When I did, the whole process took less than 30 minutes and could not have been more pleasant. No fees mysteriously appeared on the final invoice for signature, no pressure was put on to add some feature everyone has to have. My experience was terrific from start to finish, thanks to Angela. I recommend BMW of Rockville, and asking for Angela Decint!
"This is a great dealership"
This is a great dealership. My family has been buying cars from VOB and now BMW of Rockville for almost 15 years. We have been working with Bulent Inal for 10 years now and have bought 13 cars from him. He is more than a sales associate, it seems like he has become part of the family. Whenever you have a question or need something taken care of, he goes above and beyond the call of duty. He was great when we were planning our European Delivery trip last year.
I would also like to add that it is great working with Nicholas who is the Sales Manager at BMW of Rockville, he is always a pleasure to work with. We look forward to many more great years ahead with Bulent and Nicholas. Bulent and Nicholas are the main reasons we continue to buy our cars from this dealership.

"sole reason I came back "
The sole reason I came back to VOB BMW is because of Jay Forston, and his outstanding customer service. He sold me my previous BMW (X5) and I was truly upset when he had transfered to a different office in California. However, he came back to the Rockville area and was able to assist me in finding a new car. There are several sales people who have made me feel unwelcomed and unwanted, which is unfortunate because they are only missing out on a sale. With that being said, if it wasn't for Jay's graciousness and willingness to find me exactly what I was looking for, I would have never returned to BMW as a customer again. He has the patience of a saint, and his knowledge of his company's products is outstanding. I wanted to make sure that someone was aware of the excellent service he provides to all of his clients, and also, how he continually follows up with his clients. Because of Jay, I will remain a happy BMW of Rockville customer. Thank you for your time.

I just bought a 2009 650i convertible with 11k miles. I had an excellent experience with everyone I contacted at BMW of Rockville. Alberto (with 17 years experience) was very knowledgeable about the car, Kenny was helpful in assisting me in making choices re financing and coverage for extended warranty and wheels and tires (necessary in downtown DC with its potholes), and Elias was responsive to any questions I might have. I have no reservations in recommending the dealership.
